FIELD: gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for liquefying gas by using a pressure drop and can be used in the gas industry. Two installation options are proposed. The first option includes an adsorption drying unit, an evaporator, a compressor, a condenser and a reducing device of the external cooling circuit, a recuperative heat exchanger, the first and second pressure reducing valves, a fractional column and a fractionation unit. The second option, instead of an external refrigeration circuit, includes a compressor, a refrigerator and a pressure reducing valve. When the unit is operating in the first version, the high-pressure gas is dried and simultaneously cooled in the evaporator and in the recuperation heat exchanger, reduced in the first pressure reducing valve and refluxed by cooling with the low-pressure gas, which is then heated in the recuperation heat exchanger, mixed with the regeneration gas and removed from the unit. When circulating in the external circuit, the refrigerant, after being heated in the evaporator, is compressed by a compressor driven by pressure reducing valves, cooled in the condenser and reduced. The gas obtained in the fractional column is reduced in the second pressure reducing valve and then, together with the fractionation gas, is fed into the fractional column as a low pressure gas. From the bottom of the fractional column, the phlegm is fed for fractionation to produce liquefied natural gas and propane-butane fraction. In the second variant, the high-pressure gas is divided into two streams, the first is cooled in a recuperative heat exchanger, and the second is compressed using a compressor driven by pressure reducing valves, cooled in a refrigerator and reduced using a third pressure reducing valve.
EFFECT: technical result is an increase in the recovery of gas motor fuels.
