FIELD: valve industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to valve industry and can be widely used in cryogenic equipment with working cryogenic medium pressure in range of 10 to 100 MPa. High-pressure cryogenic valve comprises a body in which a seat is made and a spindle group is installed in the form of a valve and a rod connected to a pneumatic drive, and a rod seal installed in the warm zone of the housing. On the valve body there is a device for valve drive in the form of a body, in which two cylindrical chambers are made. In the first chamber, the inner diameter of which is 1.5–2 times greater than the diameter of the rod, a spring-loaded piston of the pneumatic drive is installed, which is made integral with the rod, wherein piston top surface has seal while body opposite side has piston seal seat. In the second chamber, the inner diameter of which is 3–4 mm, a plunger is installed, made of magnetic material and on the ends of which a seal is applied, at that, in the lower part of the chamber there is a seat with diameter of 0.5–0.8 mm, which is connected to the cavity under the pneumatic drive piston by means of a channel made in the body of the valve drive device, and in the upper part of the chamber on the body of the valve drive device there is a cover fixed in which a seat with diameter of 0.5–0.8 mm is made. Cavity between the cover and the plunger is connected to the cavity above the pneumatic drive piston by means of a channel made in the valve drive body in the inner zone of the seat for sealing on the pneumatic drive piston. On the outer side of the second chamber there is a plunger drive in the form of a polarized electromagnet.
EFFECT: creation of a reliable small-size design of a high-pressure cryogenic valve without a stuffing box of a stock sealing.
