FIELD: cryogenic technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cryogenic technology and can be widely used in cryogenic gasifiers and in LNG storage and gasification systems for road, rail and aviation transport. The gasifier is equipped with a protection system made in the form of a normally open valve installed in front of the evaporator on the gas delivery line to the consumer. A pneumatic valve with manual pressure is mounted on the valve. The valve is connected by a pipeline on which a pressure alarm is installed to the control valve of the pressure regulator installed after the evaporator, identical to the normally open valve installed on the boost line in front of the heat exchanger. A pneumatic valve with manual pressure is mounted on the valve, and the valve is connected by a pipeline on which a pressure alarm is installed to the control valve of the pressure regulator installed after the heat exchanger. The protection system also contains a pneumatic control unit consisting of a high-pressure gas cylinder, a reducer, a receiver with a safety valve, a pressure gauge and two electromagnetic valves, each of which is connected to its own pneumatic valve, and a safety device connected to the tank parallel to the safety valve. The device is made in the form of a normally open pneumatic valve and an interconnected pulse valve connected to the receiver of the pneumatic control unit. A pressure alarm is installed behind each pressure regulator, and taps are made to the pressure regulators, on which check valves are installed connected to the boost line behind the pressure regulator.
EFFECT: proposed cryogenic gasifier provides both increased reliability and high efficiency of its operation.
