SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of medicine and pharmaceuticals. The first object is an emulsion of perfluorocarbon compounds for medical use as a base for blood substitutes, including the fast-removing component of perfluorodecalin, a mixed perfluorocarbon additive and phospholipids, characterized in that it includes phospholipids in liposomal form, which acts as an emulsifier, and prepared by homogenization under pressure in the range of 60-120 atm in an aqueous-salt medium, and the perfluorocarbon additive is a mixture of perfluorooctyl bromide and perfluorotropropylamine. The second object is a method for producing an emulsion of perfluorocarbons, including obtaining a liposomal emulsifying form of phospholipids by homogenization under pressure within the range of 60-120 atm in a water-salt medium, followed by heat sterilization in the temperature range of 60-95°C, homogenization under pressure of perfluorocarbon compounds in a liposomal emulsifying form of phospholipids and heat sterilization of the finished emulsion.

EFFECT: stability of the emulsion for two years of storage at +4°C while maintaining the structure of the particles due to the use of phospholipids in liposomal form as an emulsifier.
