SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a perfluorocarbon emulsion of a blood substitute. Perfluorocarbon emulsion of a blood substitute for infusion therapy, including perfluoroorganic compounds perfluorodecalin and perfluoro-N-(4-methylcyclohexyl)piperidine, an emulsifier, one or more amino acids, additionally contains electrolytes in the following ratio of components, per 1 ml of solution: 104–156 mg/ml of perfluorodecalin; 52–78 mg/ml of perfluoro-N-(4-methylcyclohexyl) piperidine; 32–270 mg/ml of emulsifier poloxamer 188; 0.01–1.0 mg/ml in total in terms of dry matter of one or more amino acids selected from leucine, isoleucine, tryptophan, phenylalanine, valine, threonine, histidine; 0.01–9.0 mg/ml in total in terms of dry matter of sodium chloride electrolytes, potassium chloride, magnesium chloride, sodium dihydrogen phosphate; pH regulator q.s. up to pH 5.0–8.0; up to 1 ml of q.s. of water for injection.

EFFECT: above invention makes it possible to create a liquid emulsion for infusions for medical use with an improved gas transport function based on inert organofluorine compounds with the addition of amino acids for parenteral use, stable during storage, namely, maintaining chemical, hydrolytic and microbiological purity.
