FIELD: hydraulic engineering.
SUBSTANCE: construction and reconstruction of berthing and other coastal structures, both for civil purposes and designed to provide basing for navy vessels. The method for reconstructing the berth of the naval base consists in the advance construction of a caisson adjacent to the shore (2), lined with a plastic coating, the walls of which are 30% higher than the maximum water level, installing braces lined with a plastic coating, on the inside of a closed loop formed from the walls of the caisson pumping out water from the internal closed circuit of the caisson with subsequent filling of the closed circuit with an electrolyte formed by a solution of water and soda ash, setting up an electric circuit with a direct current source placed on the berth deck, conducting an electrolysis reaction for a time determined based on the number of metal sections damaged by corrosion elements of the berth (3), dismantling the electrical circuit, pumping out the electrolyte from the closed circuit of the caisson, cleaning with metal brushes of the metal elements of the berth (3) with water supply to the cleaned areas under pressure until the traces of corrosion are completely removed, pumping out water after cleaning the corrosion-damaged areas from the closed contour of the caisson and the dismantling of the berth decking. After that, the installation of fixed formwork (10) is performed in such a way that the metal elements of the berth (3) are placed inside the contour of the fixed formwork (10). Four adjacent vertical metal elements of the berth (3) are connected by forming a contour of fixed formwork (10) along the perimeter and diagonally of the formed rectangle. Reinforcing cages (11) are arranged inside the fixed formwork (10) contour. After the concrete mixture is accepted into the prepared formwork space (10) of the future volumetric reinforced concrete structure of the berth, the design strength is set with the concrete mixture in the formwork space (10), followed by the backfilling soil in bags in the corresponding space (12) of the internal contour of the reconstructed structure, further backfilling of the resulting volume with sand, formwork configuration in a sandy environment, laying of reinforcement and acceptance of the concrete mixture of the future reinforced concrete structure of the berth superstructure slab and its elements. After that, the design strength is set by the reinforced concrete structure of the slab of the upper structure of the berth, the caisson and braces are dismantled.
EFFECT: increasing the bearing capacity of the berth and increasing the rigidity of the reinforced concrete slab of the berth cover by making cross vertical reinforced concrete walls, eliminating traces of corrosion on the metal elements of the berth, excluding underwater technical work by reconstructing the berth in a pre-arranged caisson.
