FIELD: hydraulic engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for the production of works in hydraulic engineering, in particular to the construction and reconstruction of berths and other coastal structures. A method is proposed for the reconstruction of a berth, including the installation of a "bolverk"-type fence, made, as a rule, of sheet piles or other watertight structures, characterized by the placement of temporary (retrievable) vertical walls that prevent the action of backfill soil on the sheet pile. Backfill soil is placed in bags, then the resulting volume is covered with sand. In a sandy environment, the formwork is configured, the reinforcement of the future reinforced concrete structure of the superstructure slab and other elements of the berth is laid. In places where stairs, platforms, decorative elements of the berth and other elements are placed, a non-removable formwork is placed, the front side of which will serve as an element of finishing the upper structure of the berth. Next, the concrete mixture is taken into the prepared formwork space of the future bulk reinforced concrete structures of the berth. At the end of the time period necessary for a set of design strength characteristics of reinforced concrete, the sand formwork is naturally washed out of the structure. Next, the formation of the near-row berth beam is carried out with the help of complex-shaped bottom elements conforming to the outer side of the sheet pile wall and wall elements, a formwork is formed into which the reinforcement is laid, the acceptance of concrete is carried out by the method of underwater concreting, after which the wall formwork elements are dismantled. The presented method of reconstruction of the berth makes it possible to form a reinforced concrete structure of a new berth, to reduce the time of work due to the parallel execution of the presented stages of work, to perform work in difficult hydrometeorological conditions in the autumn-winter period, to reduce the cost of work due to the technological simplicity of manufacturing.
EFFECT: presented method allows you to reconstruct a berthing structure or build a new one, it is also possible to manufacture other hydraulic structures in a similar way.
