SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and namely to maxillofacial surgery and dental surgery. The invention can be used to remove a calculus from the distal duct of the salivary gland. To do this, an ultrasound sensor is brought from the side of the skin to the area where the calculus of the salivary gland duct is located and the location of the duct and calculus is determined. Then a needle with a diameter of 0.3 cm with a mandrel is inserted percutaneously through a puncture into the duct of the salivary gland to the distal surface of the calculus and it is advanced with a needle as much as possible towards the mouth of the excretory duct. Then the needle is withdrawn, a mandrel is left in the duct with the help of which the calculus is fixed in a new position to prevent its distal displacement. After that, the excretory duct of the salivary gland is rounded through the orifice, followed by removal of calculus. All further manipulations are carried out under constant ultrasound imaging.

EFFECT: method helps to remove calculi from the distal duct of the salivary gland while reducing the trauma and invasiveness of manipulation due to constant visualization of the entire process.
