SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to a method for noninvasive express diagnostics of type 2 diabetes mellitus. Method for noninvasive express diagnostics of type 2 diabetes mellitus, including a collection of secretions of the major salivary glands, freeze-drying of micropreparations, applied in the form of droplet on the surface of defatted glass slide located exactly horizontal, as when carrying out the method of the wedge dehydration in a vacuum chamber, further visually distinguish the outer and intermediate layers in the peripheral part of microscope slide; if the width of the outer layer is less than 13 microns in secretions of left and right parotid submandibular and sublingual salivary glands and the width of the intermediate layer is less than 88 microns in secretions of left and right parotid glands and less than 42 microns in secretions of the submandibular and sublingual salivary glands, diagnose the absence of diabetes mellitus; and if the width of the outer layer is 13 microns and more in secretions of left and right parotid, sublingual and submandibular salivary glands, the width of the intermediate layer is 88 microns and more in secretions of left and right parotid glands and 42 microns and more in secretions of the submandibular and sublingual salivary glands, it indicates the presence of the type 2 diabetes mellitus.

EFFECT: above method allows to increase the accuracy and reduce the time of the diagnosis of type 2 diabetes mellitus without the use of special reagents and expensive equipment.
