SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a method of washing clothes. According to the method, clothes should be washed with a detergent liquid having a pH of 3.5 or more and 8.5 or less at 20°C obtained by mixing the following component (A) and component (B) and water having hardness: component (A): internal olefin sulfonate having 15 or more and 24 or less carbon atoms; and component (B): protease.

EFFECT: invention makes the process of washing clothes more effective.
