SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a processing agent composition for textile products, to a method for processing of a textile product, and to a method for the production of a processing agent composition for textile products. A method for processing of a textile product is described, including bringing the textile product into contact with processing liquid obtained by mixing of the following component (A), the following component (B), and water: component (A): inner olefin sulfonate with 16 or more and 24 or less carbon atoms; and component (B): a softener base for textile products, where component (B) is one or more compound selected from clay mineral and organosilicon compound, where the mass ratio of the content of inner olefin sulfonate with 16 carbon atoms (Ac16) and the content of inner olefin sulfonate with 17 or more and 24 or less carbon atoms (Ac17-c24), (Ac16)/(Ac17-c24) in component (A) is 0 or more and 0.6 or less. A method for the production of a processing agent composition for textile products is also described.
EFFECT: creation of a composition, which shows excellent effect in giving texture to textile products.
