SUBSTANCE: present invention constitutes a method of washing a textile product comprising the following stage 1 and stage 2: stage 1: the stage of treatment of the textile product by contacting the textile product with a treatment liquid 1 produced by mixing water and (A) an internal olefin sulfonate with 17 or more and 24 or less carbon atoms [hereinafter referred to as component (A)]; and stage 2: the stage of treatment of the textile treated at the stage 1 by contacting the textile with a treatment liquid 2 produced by mixing water and a finishing composition for textile products.
