SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a dispenser for dispensing a fermented malt beverage and a method for controlling the amount of foam. The filling device consists of a mixing chamber (2) for mixing the fermented malt beverage concentrate and the carbonated diluent and has: (a) a concentrate feed port (1d) located at the top; (b) a diluent supply port (4d) located at the top; (c) an outlet (2d) located at the bottom for discharging a fermented malt beverage consisting of a mixture of a fermented malt beverage concentrate and a carbonated diluent; (d) a core (2c) movably mounted in the chamber so that it is movable along the longitudinal axis X to adjust the width w of the flow channel between the surface of the core and the walls of the chamber.

EFFECT: dispenser is capable of adjusting the amount of foam generated when a portion of the fermented malt beverage is fed into the container.
