FIELD: brewing industry.
SUBSTANCE: described is a fermented malt beverage with a beer taste with an alcohol concentration of less than 1 (v/v)%, containing fermented wort liquid of more than 5.3 ppm and less than 80 ppm pyruvic acid, more than 29.2 ppm and less than 90 ppm succinic acid and containing natural extract in concentration of more than 2.0 (w/w)%. Also disclosed is a method of producing such a beverage and a method for reducing the feeling of wateriness when drinking by controlling concentration of pyruvic acid, succinic acid, natural extract and alcohol in said ranges.
EFFECT: group of inventions enables to obtain a fermented malt beverage with a beer taste with an alcohol concentration of less than 1 (v/v)%, which has a fermentation sensation and a sensation of strength when drinking and does not cause a sensation of wateriness when drinking.
