SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment, namely, a medical instrument for gripping, clamping or cutting. A medical manual tool for gripping, clamping or cutting contains a first hand lever that has a gripping section at its near end that can be manually actuated, a working section for gripping, clamping or cutting an object at its far end, and a support section lying between them on which the support element contacts with the capability to rotate around the axis of rotation between the first hand lever and the second hand lever. The second hand lever has a gripping section at its near end, a working section at its far end, and a guide section lying between them on which the support element contacts. The guide section of the second hand lever has a recess on one side for receiving the support section of the first hand lever. Two guide protrusions, located at a distance and near the recess, at least partially enclose the support section in the working position in which gripping, pinching or cutting is carried out. When the support section of the first hand lever is pressed by means of a spacer element that provides a distance by force or resistance from the guide section of the second hand lever in the working position, a cleaning gap is formed between the first hand lever and the second hand lever. The cleaning gap runs along the entire length of the guide section.

EFFECT: invention is characterized by the fact that in order to realize the placement at a distance of two manual levers in the working position, in such a way as to ensure or facilitate the discharge of liquids, which also makes it easier to clean and/or sterilize medical instruments.
