SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of infrared technology and can be used in the manufacture of devices that detect radiation in the infrared range. The technical result is achieved by introducing a system of separate compensation for the technological spread of electrical resistance values of "active" and "thermally shorted" bolometers, which ensures the preservation of the ratio of readout currents and compensation currents when the crystal temperature, bias voltages or integration time changes.
EFFECT: compensation of the technological spread of the resistance values of bolometers in a wide temperature range without the use of thermal stabilizing elements and a mechanical shutter for calibration in devices for recording infrared radiation.
