FIELD: medical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of medical equipment, namely the methods of applying bioactive coatings to titanium plates and discloses a technique for applying a bioactive coating to a titanium plate for osteosynthesis. Method includes mixing a powder consisting of 2 pts. wt. (parts weight) calcium phosphate and 1 pts. wt. hydroxyapatite, with water to obtain a pasty mass with a water content of 3-5 wt. %; applying the obtained pasty mass to the surface of the titanium plate and overmolding it onto the titanium plate by rolling between rolls, and the cycle of applying and overmolding the pasty mass onto the titanium plate is repeated 2- 4 times, reducing the roll gap after each cycle.
EFFECT: method enables to increase the adhesion strength of the bioactive coating with the titanium substrate while improving the physical and mechanical properties of the finished product and can be used in traumatology, orthopedics and maxillofacial surgery for the manufacture of implants for osteosynthesis.
