In this case, the preparation of the above mouse or rat involves the introduction into the mouse or rat embryo of Cas9 protein or the nucleic acid encoding Cas9 protein, as well as the first and second guide nucleotide sequence.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to effectively reduce the time required to obtain a genetically modified mouse or rat with reduced tolerance to a foreign antigen of interest, and also provides for the production of more antibodies against a foreign antigen of interest.
