FIELD: inorganic chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to inorganic chemistry and may be used in manufacture of color-converting sheets for agriculture, optical and light-emitting diode apparatuses. Composition includes at least one inorganic fluorescent material with peak light emission wavelength of 660 to 730 nm, and matrix material additionally containing one or several bromine-containing or sulphur-containing monomers. Inorganic fluorescent material is selected from sulfides, thiogallates, nitrides, oxynitrides, silicates, metal oxides, apatites, quantum-dimensional materials or combinations thereof, for example, from metal oxide phosphors, such as Al2O3:Cr3+, Y3Al5O12:Cr3+, MgO:Cr3+, ZnGa2O4:Cr3+, MgAL2O4:Cr3+ or combinations thereof. Matrix material is selected from photochemically curable, thermosetting thermoplastic polymers or combinations thereof. For manufacture of a color-converting sheet said composition is applied to a base and the matrix material is affixed by evaporation of a solvent and/or polymerization by thermal treatment, exposure to rays of light, or combination thereof. Produced color-converting sheet is placed in an optical or light-emitting diode apparatus 200 containing at least one indicated inorganic fluorescent material 210, indicated matrix material 220, light-emitting diode element 230, cables 240, forming material 250, cup 260a, assembly output 260b and inner output 270.
EFFECT: color-converting sheet, optical or light-emitting diode apparatus provide for transmission of blue light and have improved UV-resistance, color resistance and color permanence, as well as contribute to plant growth.
