SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pixel layout structure, display substrate, display device, and masking plate group. The pixel layout structure contains: a plurality of smallest repeating regions (100), each of the smallest repeating regions (100) being rectangular and containing a first virtual rectangle (110), wherein one first virtual rectangle (110) contains a first color subpixel block (111), a second color subpixel unit (112) and a third color subpixel unit (113); the first virtual rectangles (110) comprise a first side (1101) extending in a first direction and a second side (1102) extending in a second direction; the second color subpixel blocks (112) and third color subpixel blocks (113) are distributed on two sides of the perpendicular bisector of the first sides (1101), the distance of the second color subpixel blocks (112) and third color subpixel blocks (113) from the first sides (1101) is less the distance between the first color subpixel blocks (111) and the first sides (1101), and the center of the first color subpixel blocks (111) is located on the perpendicular bisector of the first sides (1101) and has a distance from the first sides (1101), which is from 1/2 up to 3/4 of the length of the second sides (1102).
