Shape of first electrode (1201a) of voltage supply of light emission of light-emitting element (120a) of first subpixel (G1) differs from shape of first electrode (1201b) of voltage supply of light emission of light-emitting element (120b) of second subpixel (G2), and each subpixel (12) includes a light emitting element (120) and pixel circuit (121) for exciting a light emitting element (120) for emitting light, orthographic projection of first electrode (1201a) of voltage supply of light emission of light-emitting element (120a) of the first subpixel (G1) on carrier substrate (10), at least partially overlaps with orthographic projection of control terminal of excitation circuit (122a) of pixel circuit (121a) of first subpixel (G1) on carrier substrate (10). Orthographic projection of first electrode (1201b) of voltage supply of light emission of light-emitting element (120b) of the second subpixel (G2) on carrier substrate (10), at least partially overlaps orthographic projection of control contact output of exciting circuit (122b) of pixel circuit (121b) of second subpixel (G2) on carrier substrate (10).
