SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electroluminescent display panel and display device. Electroluminescent display panel includes a plurality of repeating units, each of the plurality of repeating units comprises a plurality of subpixels. Each of the plurality of subpixels comprises: a first conductive layer disposed on the substrate; first insulating layer arranged on first conductive layer and comprising first opening, wherein first hole opens part of first conductive layer; and anode located on first insulating layer and comprising main part and auxiliary part, which are electrically connected to each other. Auxiliary part is electrically connected to the first conducting layer through the first hole. In at least one subpixel, the orthographic projection of the main portion on the substrate does not overlap the orthographic projection of the first opening on the substrate.
EFFECT: technical result consists in providing high resolution of display panel.
