SUBSTANCE: method of data transmission improves reliability of data transmission during a QoS stream switch between multiple data radio bearers (DRBs). The method includes the following: the transmitting terminal device switches the DRB corresponding with the first QoS stream from the first DRB to the second DRB; the transmitting terminal device sends an unsent data packet in the first QoS stream to the receiving terminal device via the second DRB.

EFFECT: provided guarantee that the first quality of service stream (QoS stream) does not disturb the order of the transmission process and the possibility of data transmission with low payload traffic.
