FIELD: poultry.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to poultry and can be used for heat treatment of eggs in the production of protein feed. A two-resonator microwave installation for heat treatment of eggs contains resonators arranged in layers, one of the resonators intended for heat treatment of the yolk and filtration of the protein, located in the horizontal plane above the truncated conical resonator, is represented by a ring resonator of two halves located with overlapping. The lower half is assembled from non-ferromagnetic sieve sectors mounted by means of hinge loops on a rotating dielectric rim, fixed by dielectric rods to the dielectric shaft of an electric motor located on a non-ferromagnetic disk that covers the central space of the ring resonator. On the outer surface of the ring resonator, there are a receiving container with a shutter and magnetrons with a shift of 120 degrees, the emitters of which are directed inward. The average diameter of the ring resonator is a multiple of half the wavelength, while the truncated conical resonator is docked with its base to the surface of the ring resonator at the level of the maximum diameter. Along the central axis of the truncated conical resonator, intended for heat treatment of protein, a dielectric screw is coaxially installed with a solid screw surface covered with a silicone film, made in the form of an Archimedes spiral with diameters allowing the screw to fit into the truncated cone, and with a dielectric shaft on a special thrust bearing. The electric motor is installed behind the conical part of the resonator, where there is an out-of-limit waveguide with a ball valve, and magnetrons with a shift of 120 degrees are located in the region of the bases of the truncated conical resonator. On the outer stationary surface of the ring resonator, a window with guides is provided for alternately overturning the sieve sectors.
EFFECT: new and efficient way of heat-treating the eggs for making protein feed.
