FIELD: meat industry; oil and fat industry.

SUBSTANCE: installation with microwave energy supply to a toroidal resonator for thermal treatment of fat-containing meat wastes comprises in a non-ferromagnetic outer cylinder a coaxially arranged non-ferromagnetic inner electric drive, they are installed so that between non-ferromagnetic lower base of non-ferromagnetic inner electric drive cylinder and lower non-ferromagnetic perforated base of non-ferromagnetic outer cylinder there is a gap of at least a quarter of wavelength, and form capacitor part of non-ferromagnetic toroidal resonator, wherein radiators from air-cooled magnetrons are directed to the condenser part, located along the perimeter of the side surface of the non-ferromagnetic outer cylinder with shift of 120 degrees, and above the lower non-ferromagnetic perforated base there is a dielectric electrically driven disc with radial compartments, at the level of which there is a hole on the side surface of the non-ferromagnetic outer cylinder, where a non-ferromagnetic branch pipe with a ball valve is attached, wherein on the side surface of the non-ferromagnetic inner electrically driven cylinder, over the entire height, ceramic concave compartments are radially located, so that the size of the cross section between them does not exceed two depths of wave penetration, and between the non-ferromagnetic annular base and the non-ferromagnetic inner electrically driven cylinder base there is an annular gap of not more than a quarter of the wavelength, wherein under the non-ferromagnetic perforated base of the non-ferromagnetic outer cylinder there is a non-ferromagnetic storage tank with a non-ferromagnetic branch pipe containing a ball valve, wherein above non-ferromagnetic annular base of non-ferromagnetic outer cylinder, where an open segment is provided, a non-ferromagnetic loading container with an electrically driven shredder is located, wherein the average perimeter of the annular volume between the non-ferromagnetic outer cylinder and the non-ferromagnetic inner electrically driven cylinder is a multiple of half the wavelength.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to intensify the process of thermal treatment of fat-containing meat wastes with extraction of fat and preservation of consumer properties of fat and greaves.
