FIELD: poultry farming.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to poultry farming and can be used for heat treatment and disinfection of eggs in the production of protein feed. A continuous-flow microwave installation with spherical resonators for heat treatment of eggs contains spherical slotted resonators in a horizontal plane inside a non-ferromagnetic cylindrical shielding body. The resonators are located with a shift along its perimeter. The installation also contains a dielectric conveyor with a dielectric rim, on which dielectric cups are installed. The dielectric conveyor is connected to the shaft of the motor-reducer, which is located behind the shielding housing. The diameter of a spherical slotted resonator is a multiple of half the wavelength. The dielectric rim with the dielectric cups moves between the hemispheres, where there are windows for the movement of the cups. The diameter of the spherical slotted resonator is smaller than the distance between the resonators. Magnetrons with waveguides and air-cooling fans are installed on the upper base of the shielding housing in such a way that the emitters are directed into the corresponding spherical slotted resonators. On the side surface of the shielding body there are windows for loading eggs into dielectric cups and unloading them. On the windows of spherical slotted resonators and windows for loading and unloading eggs, fine-mesh non-ferromagnetic grids are suspended. Near the unloading window there are dielectric guide rails that allow tilting the dielectric cups. Further dielectric cups are located between restrictive dielectric rims.

EFFECT: use of the invention will allow high-quality heat treatment of eggs.
