UHF PLANT WITH TOROIDAL RESONATOR FOR HEAT TREATMENT OF EGG WASTES Russian patent published in 2019 - IPC A47J29/06

FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture and can be used in production of protein fodder for birds and animals from non-food wastes of eggs, including from unfertilized eggs from incubation cabinets. UHF plant with toroidal resonator for heat treatment of egg wastes comprises on the mounting frame vertically installed two coaxially arranged truncated cones of non-ferromagnetic material without upper bases of large diameter with small bases downwards. Said truncated cones form toroidal resonator 1 with inclined rectangular section of torus. Capacitor part of the resonator is formed by hemisphere 5 installed instead of a small base of the internal truncated cone and a small base of the external truncated cone. Diameter of hemisphere 5 is multiple a half of the wavelength, and inside toroidal resonator 1 there is coaxially mounted on the shaft of electric drive 4 a dielectric conical plate 2 with grating non-ferromagnetic disc 3 without perforation. On the perimeter of the base of hemisphere 5 with shift of 120 degrees there are magnetrons 6, and to the hole on the upper point of hemisphere 5, out-of-limit waveguide 8 is docked, the other end of which is connected to the bottom of receiving container 11, where grinding mechanism 12 is installed, and the container is closed with a cover. On the generatrix of the external truncated cone there is unloading hole 10 located above the edge of the dielectric conical plate 2, under which there is a removable storage container 9.

EFFECT: provision of high intensity of electric field for heat treatment and disinfection of products, continuity of technological process at preservation of electromagnetic safety and sufficiently high proper Q-factor of resonator.
