The light wave separation grooves include light wave separation line grooves parallel to the pixel block row direction and / or light wave separation column grooves parallel to the pixel block column direction; the length of the line groove for dividing light waves along the direction of the pixel block lines is greater than or equal to the length of the light emitting block along the direction of the pixel block lines; and the length of the columnar groove for dividing light waves along the column direction of the pixel blocks is greater than or equal to the length of the light emitting block along the column direction of the pixel blocks.
