FIELD: lighting.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to light-emitting device with at least two active areas, and to more reliable method for making said device, wherein first electrode layer is deposited through mask covering active material. Second active material is deposited through another mask so that area which covers and extends beyond first electrode layer would be coated with organic material. Then layer of second electrode is coated through mask so that it covers whole of second active material.
EFFECT: invention provides improved operating performances.
