SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine and concerns a dedicated IL-36R binding agent containing a variable region of the heavy chain of immunoglobulin and a variable region of the light chain of immunoglobulin. The group of inventions also concerns isolated or purified nucleic acid encoding an IL-36R binding agent; a composition containing an IL-36R binding agent and a pharmacologically acceptable carrier for use as a drug for the treatment of an IL-36R-related disease, disorder or condition; a method for the treatment of an IL-36R-related disease, disorder or condition in a mammal, including the administration of an effective amount of an IL-36R-binding agent or said composition to a mammal.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides treatment of a disease, disorder, or condition associated with IL-36R in a mammal.
