FIELD: biochemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an antibody-like binding protein construct. This construct binds a first antigen and a second antigen and has interchangeable variable domains containing two polypeptide chains that form two antigen-binding sites. The invention also relates to an isolated nucleic acid molecule encoding the said antibody-like binding protein construct, as well as an expression vector and an isolated host cell containing it.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to effectively obtain a bispecific antibody-like binding protein that binds a pair of antigens.
