FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the oil and gas industry and is intended for use in the repair and assembly of a bottom-hole pump (hereinafter – BHP). It is applicable on the BHP assembly site for wells of simultaneously separate operation. The device for mechanical cleaning of the inner cavity of the bottom-hole pump includes a supporting hollow cylindrical case, cleaning and guiding elements. As a cleaning element, an impeller is installed on one side of the case by means of a cutoff clutch. Brushes made of polyamide fibers with the possibility of rotation are rigidly mounted on the impeller shaft. Polyamide centralizers are evenly placed along the length of the case as guide elements. On the other side, the case is connected to the compressor through a cutoff clutch with a hose and a nipple.
EFFECT: increased reliability of the device and efficiency of its maintenance, increased service life, reduction of material costs while improving quality of complex cleaning of the inner surface of the BHP cylinder.
