FIELD: petroleum industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the petroleum production industry and can be used in assemblies with a sucker rod pump. A submersible filter-mixer for the liquid for dual production assemblies includes a filter with a passage channel, consisting of a head with concentrically arranged longitudinal holes for the passage of the filtered liquid from the upper layer, a carrier body in form of a pipe. The inner cavity of the pipe constitutes a passage channel for the passage of the liquid pumped by the electric centrifugal pump from the lower layer. The filter also comprises a base, filtering elements made from calibrated stainless wire with a trapezoidal section wound along a power stringer set, intermediate nipples with cylindrical mills for the passage of the formation fluid, and is connected with a liquid mixer in the upper part. The mixer consists of a body with concentrically arranged longitudinal channels intended for the passage of the filtered liquid through an annular cavity formed by the internal and external threaded branch pipes, directly to the intake of the upper inserted sucker rod pump, and inclined channels opening into the internal cavity of the internal branch pipes, intended for the passage of the liquid from the lower electric centrifugal pump. A lower locking shoe of the upper inserted sucker rod pump with a centraliser, a housing connected with the body of the mixer by the lower part thereof are installed in the body of the mixer, containing an installed head intended for adjoining with the tubing pipe connected with a crossover sub intended for adjoining with the tubing string.
EFFECT: increasing reliability and resource capacity of the sucker rod pump, as well as providing separation of flows of the formation fluid followed by mixing in a tubing pipe assembly with dual borehole production.
