FIELD: hydraulic engineering and environmental construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to protect and restore eroded sections of ecological paths and recreation areas for tourists. In the anti-erosion fastening of ecological paths, including stepped laying in the form of a ladder, the steps of the stairs are made using bottom thresholds of flexible mattresses, which consist of perforated drainage pipes wrapped around with geomats and geogrid, and which are laid across the path and at a certain distance from each other along the entire length of the eroded area. The step platforms are made of volumetric geogrids, laid horizontally, filled to the top with rubble, along the steps of the path there are two continuous longitudinal rows of similar flexible mattresses, the first row is laid along the slope of the path under the slope and on top of the transverse mattresses, and the second row - along the steps along the edge of the path and the edge of the transverse mattresses along the line of their levels. Along the slope above the first row and below the second row of mattresses, geomats are laid in two or three layers of a certain width and nailed to the surface of the earth with stakes, wooden or metal.
EFFECT: anti-erosion fastening of an ecological path can be most effectively used in hard-to-reach mountain areas of recreational and protected areas with nature hiking paths.
