FIELD: automotive, oil and rubber industries.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a fire-resistant rubber compound and can be used in the automotive, oil and rubber industries. Technical result is achieved by the fact that a fire-resistant rubber compound containing synthetic isoprene rubber, sulfur, zinc oxide, stearic acid and carbon black, and additionally contains altax, diphenylguanidine and a modifying additive - a phosphate-containing oligomer obtained by interaction of dimethylphosphite, epoxy resin ED-20 and aniline, taken in a mass ratio of 1: 2.5: 0.75, with the following ratio of components, pts. wt.: synthetic isoprene rubber 100.0, sulfur 1.0, altax 1.0, zinc oxide 5.0, stearic acid 1.0, diphenylguanidine 3.0, carbon black P-324 50.0, phosphate-nitrogen-containing oligomer 3.0-7.0.
EFFECT: improvement of strength properties of vulcanizates of a fire-resistant rubber compound.
