FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: method for obtaining rubber mixture based on chloroprene caoutchouc includes steaming caoutchouc at 100°C for 1 h, successive introduction of modifier, zinc oxide and magnesium oxide. Stearic acid and technical carbon are additionally introduced into rubber mixture. Before mixing with other components mixture of steamed caoutchouc, technical carbon and modifier is subjected to microwave exposure with microwave frequency 2.45 GHz for 20 seconds. As modifier applied is phosphorus-boron-nitrogen-containing oligomer with ratio of component in rubber mixture, wt p: chloroprene caoutchouc - 100, zinc oxide - 5, magnesium oxide - 7, phosphorus-boron-nitrogen-containing oligomer - 3, stearic acid - 0.5, technical carbon - 0.5.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to improve deformation-strength properties and fire-resistance of vulcanisates.
