FIELD: wireless communication.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to wireless communication. User equipment (UE) receives parameters for evaluating the quality of a cell for the serving cell of the UE from a measurement object containing frequency information that corresponds to the frequency information provided in the serving cell configuration, and performs a cell quality determination for the serving cell based on the obtained parameters.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible for user equipment to evaluate the quality of a cell in a wireless network on the basis of the parameters taken from the corresponding measurement object.
