FIELD: wireless communication.
SUBSTANCE: wireless device detects the initiating event associated with the procedure for transferring service from the source network node to the target network node, in which the wireless device relies on the selection of the downlink beam. The wireless device determines the measurement information to include in a message to send to the target network node. Measurement information is determined by measuring one or more beams according to at least one of the radio link administration configuration, beam administration configuration, and measurement configuration. In response to the detection of the initiating event, certain measurement information in the message is sent to the target network node.
EFFECT: possibility of providing a report on the beam measurements in the communication system is provided.
