FIELD: pharmaceutics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to chemical-pharmaceutical industry and medicine, in particular, can be used for detecting presence and/or amount of narcotic or psychotropic substances in human bodily fluids. Method consists in that at bottom microtray holes are immobilised in form of at least two microareas of solutions of benzoylecgonine conjugates, tetrahydrocannabinol, amphetamine, morphine, fentanyl methamphetamine, methylenedioxymethamphetamine, methadone, benzodiazepine, barbiturate and cotinine with protein, during analysis into part of microtray holes are introduced multi-analyte calibration samples, containing a mixture of said drug conjugates with protein in a buffer solution, wherein for analysis of samples of urine and blood serum, same multi-analyte calibration samples are used, and in other holes are added analysed samples of urine and/or blood, in all holes a solution is added in reaction buffer of a mixture of biotinylated murine monoclonal antibodies to detected drugs for producing biotin-labelled immune complexes at discrete microareas, detecting phosphorescence radiation on each discrete area in all holes simultaneously, calibration curves are plotted, which are compared with measured values of phosphorescence.
EFFECT: proposed method allows to detect in blood and urine small amount of opiates, nicotine, cocaine, cannabis, fentanyl, methadone, benzodiazepines, barbiturates and amphetamine when diagnosing early stages of consumption.
