FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine. The acetabular endoprosthesis contains a spherical cup with through holes for fastening screws, respectively, in the ischium, pubic and iliac bones. A through hole is made in the spherical cup in the region of the hemisphere apex for bone grafting of the bottom of the acetabulum. The spherical section of the surface between the edge of the contour of the said spherical cup and the hole for the fastening screw in the ilium is made larger than the corresponding spherical sections of the surface between this edge and the holes for the fastening screws, respectively, in the pubic bone and the ischium with the formation of a retaining visor in the area of the iliac mass.
EFFECT: invention provides ability to access the acetabulum for replacing bone defects and increasing the reliability of attachment of the endoprosthesis in the bone tissue with a uniform distribution of loads on the pelvic bones, reducing trauma to the surrounding tissues, convenience in performing bone grafting, preserving and increasing bone mass in the prosthetic area, as well as preserving low price of the product while expanding its size range.
