SUBSTANCE: usage: for acoustic-emission control of the object. The essence of the invention consists in the fact that the holder for attaching the acoustic-emission sensor to a non-magnetic non-metallic material has a tubular housing with a closed upper end and an open bottom end, through which it is possible to insert the sensor into the tubular housing. The closed upper end has multiple one-piece flexible tabs extending inward at an angle from the inner surface of the closed upper end. The inner surface of the tubular housing has many spacers extending radially inwards near the bottom end of the tubular housing. One-piece flexible tabs and spacers lock the sensor inside the tubular housing. The tubular housing can also have multiple gripping protrusions extending outward from its outer surface near the open bottom end, which are designed to be capable of releasably sliding engagement with an engagement keyway in a holding support attached to a non-magnetic non-metallic material.

EFFECT: providing possibility of reliable holding of acoustic emission sensors or their attachment to non-magnetic non-metallic materials such as composites and ceramics.
