SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical technology, namely to a device for use in the treatment of hemorrhoids. The device for use in the treatment of hemorrhoids contains an elongated tubular element and a fixation device for the mucous membrane of the anal canal. The elongated tubular member has a front end and a rear end. The rear end is open in such a way that allows access to the interior of the tubular element. The tubular element extends along the longitudinal axis L and contains at least one opening formed between the front and rear ends. The fixing device for the mucous membrane of the anal canal is removably located in the tubular element. Moreover, when the specified fixing device is located in the tubular element, it is available in the specified opening and contains at least two cavities for the mucous membrane of the anal canal, located along the longitudinal axis L. At least one needle guiding structure is formed in such a way that it is possible to guide at least one needle, when moving in the tubular element, from the extended position, in which the needle is located outside the hole in the elongated tubular element, through at least two cavities in the mucosal fixation device the sheath of the anal canal, to the position in which the needle passes through the opening in the tubular element.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to reduce the operation time and the cost of treatment and improve the final result of treatment without the need to ligate the artery feeding the hemorrhoids.
