FIELD: radio engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the radar, in particular to the field of testing on-board radar stations (radars) under laboratory conditions. To achieve a technical result, in the method in real time an electromagnetic field is formed on the aperture of the antenna of the investigated device, said electromagnetic field corresponding to reflections from the distributed object taking into account the location, the movement parameters of the radar carrier and the replaceable object, its reflectivity, its angular noise. Meanwhile five uncorrelated signals with specified spectral properties are formed on the operating frequency of the radar, the sum of which is the echo signal of the replaceable object and the capacities of which are set on the basis of the angular noise distribution parameters for two orthogonal angular coordinates, the signals are directed to five radiators, four of which are placed at the angles of the square and the fifth within that square.

EFFECT: possibility of forming radar reflections from two-dimensional surface-distributed objects in real time.
