SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a structural element for forming a construction or a fragment of a construction which provides protection from pests, and to a construction and a moving element containing such structural element. Structural element contains a body and no less than one apparatus for holding pest bait. The bait holding apparatus also contains a body which confines no less than one accommodation space for accommodation of no less than one bait, wherein the body of the bait holding apparatus contains no less than one platform confining no less than one through hole by which the pest can access the bait located in the body. No less than one part of the bait holding apparatus, particularly, no less than one part of the body and/or no less than one part of no less than one platform and/or no less than one part of the accommodation apparatus confining the accommodation space for accommodation of the apparatus is made joined with no less than one part of the body of the structural element. Wherein no less than one part of the apparatus is structurally integrated with no less than one section of the body of the structural element, and the apparatus is made so that the area of the body on the side of the apparatus wherein the bait is contained or wherein it is made possible to contain bait is closed so that water does not penetrate at least said area of the body. The construction and the moving element are characterized by presence of the above mentioned structural element.
