SUBSTANCE: beverage preparation device for automatic dispensing of hot beverages, in particular coffee beverages, with a water heater, with a brewing device, to which hot water can be supplied from a water heater, with a water pump for supplying water under pressure in the direction of the brewing device, with an outlet device connected by means of a channel for hot drinks to a brewing device and with a control unit, which, after selecting the beverage, controls the automatic preparation and dispensing of the selected beverage, the control unit is configured to vary the brewing pressure, with which hot water is supplied to the brewing device, or throughput capacity with which hot water is supplied, during preparation of the selected beverage in accordance with the preset or preset profile. Device for preparation of beverages has for this purpose a mechanical control element with an electric sensor connected to the control unit, by means of which the profile can be set by the user during the beverage preparation process.

EFFECT: present invention is tasked with providing a beverage preparation device, which enables automatic preparation and dispensing of hot beverages, which, however, nevertheless allows an experienced user to effectively and qualitatively improve the beverage preparation process.
