SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to medicine, namely to therapy and pulmonology, and relates to the simulation of experimental pneumonia in rats. For this purpose, from 0.3 to 0.4 ml of a suspension of autocal in saline in a ratio of 1:10 is percutaneously injected into the lung parenchyma of experimental animals.

EFFECT: such an empirically selected amount of pathological material ensures development of a typical picture of acute pneumonia on the 7th day of the experiment.
