FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to immunological diagnostics, and can be used for prediction of infectious process caused by culturable and non-culturable bacteria Pseudomonas aeruginosa, in experiment. A culture of P. aeruginosa bacteria in concentration of 105–106 is introduced into laboratory animals. If the laboratory animals die on 2nd day and if the circulating immune complexes are equal to 24.7±7.25 standard units, the infectious process caused by infection with non-culturable forms of P. aeruginosa bacteria is determined, and predicting formation of distelectasis occupying 31.6±2.5% of total area of histological sections of lung with development of early manifestations of exudative stage of diffuse alveolar damage. If the laboratory animals die on 8th or 9th day and the circulating immune complexes index is 85.25±2.59 standard units, an infectious process caused by infection with culturable forms of P. aeruginosa bacteria is determined, and predicting the formation of distelectasis occupying 50.0±2.3% of the total area of histological sections of the lung with development in lungs of early and late manifestations of exudative stage of diffuse alveolar damage with signs of systemic inflammatory response.
EFFECT: method enables to predict the infectious process caused by culturable or non-culturable bacteria Pseudomonas aeruginosa, in experiment, as well as the possibility of predicting the area of formation of distelectasis from the total area of histological sections of the lung by determining the time of death of laboratory animals and an indicator of circulating immune complexes in the blood of animals.
