SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to experimental dentistry, and can be used to obtain an experimental model of periodontitis. Mature rats are placed in a common cage with an area of 0.018 m2 for the individual. Before being placed in a cage, lincomycin hydrochloride is administered intramuscularly to each animal under anesthesia with a dose of 30 mg per 100 g of weight. Suspension of bee venom is applied in the gum area and in the vestibule of the mouth at a dose of 2 mg per 100 g of animal weight. To speed up the modeling, in addition to the standard diet of rats, add 2 ml of sunflower oil per animal, which is heated in the presence of 2 % copper sulfate for 24 hours until a peroxide number above 40 units is reached.

EFFECT: method allows to simply and reliably obtain an experimental model of periodontitis, increase the reliability of creating the pathological process of periodontal inflammation, similar in pathological manifestations to periodontitis in humans, due to the most optimal set of measures.
