FIELD: pharmaceuticals; medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of pharmaceuticals and medicine, namely to a method for producing a macroporous membrane for regenerative medicine based on L-cysteine, silver nitrate and polyvinyl alcohol. The method involves mixing an aqueous solution of L-cysteine with an aqueous solution of silver nitrate at a certain concentration of L-cysteine in the mixture and a certain ratio of molar concentrations of silver nitrate to L-cysteine in the mixture. After that, the mixture is left in a dark place to form an L-cysteine-silver solution, which is then sequentially mixed with an aqueous solution of polyvinyl alcohol at a certain concentration and an aqueous solution of sulfate with a cation from the series: Na, K, Mg, Zn, Ni, Co. After a certain time, depending on the concentration of the sulfate and the type of cation, the system changes from a liquid state to a gel, which is frozen at a temperature of -5 to -20ºC and kept frozen for 12 to 24 hours. Then the gel is defrosted, the resulting water-gel mass is centrifuged, the gel mass obtained by decanting water is applied to a polymer substrate and dried in vacuum at a certain residual pressure and room temperature to obtain a yellowish opalescent macroporous membrane.
EFFECT: invention ensures the preservation of the active supramolecular structure and the further production of macroporous membranes based on L-cysteine, silver nitrate and polyvinyl alcohol, suitable for use in regenerative medicine.
