FIELD: lifting devices.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to lifting devices. The beam for lifting and turning a cable coil is designed to change the position of the cable coil that has a length and radius, between the horizontal and vertical orientations. The beam for overturning contains a straight frame and an orthogonal shaft that divides the frame into long and short ends. In the vertical orientation, the coil can rest freely on top of the frame without additional support, which eliminates the need for horizontal supports.
EFFECT: convenience of lifting with an overturn by a forklift is achieved.
